Jade Ondineme Joins Indiana Women’s Basketball BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana women’s basketball has announced the signing of Jade Ondineme to the 2025-26 roster. In her two seasons at Northwest Florida State College, the 6-foot-3 forward played in 65 games and made 29 starts, all in 2024-25 to help the Lady Raiders to a 2025 NJCAA National Champions, finishing with a 32-2 overall record. The Orleans, France native averaged 6.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and shot 51.1 percent from the field. With 2 minutes left on the clock on in the fourth quarter, Clay would overcome a 10 point deficit to take the game to overtime. RRSN broadcasters Paul Condry and Mark Gall were broadcasting live on radio during this game. Footage courtsey of the IHSAA has been synchronized to their broadcast.

Flashback to the decisive moment the 1994 Clay Colonials sent the national championship game to overtime. Clay entered the game with a record of 26-2, contrasting favorite Valparaiso's 28-0 season. Lead players on Clay, Lee Nailon (second round (43rd overall) pick of the Charlotte Hornets in the 1999 NBA draft. He has played for the Hornets (in separate stints for both Charlotte and New Orleans franchises in 2000 to 2002 and 2004–05 respectively), the New York Knicks (2002–03), Atlanta Hawks (2003–04), Orlando Magic (2003–04), Cleveland Cavaliers (2003–04) and Philadelphia 76ers (2005–06) and his brother LeShawn were placed in reserve for the third quarter after picking up two fouls each early in the first. This left the fate of their offensive game hands of Sophomore Jaraan Cornell. 

Early into Overtime,  two of Valpo's players fouled out. Cornell would foul out later with the score at 83-80, but as he left the court he left his team with the words, We've got this! Just keep fighting. We've got to fight, fight fight!."  

Final score: South Bend Clay: 93, Valparaiso 88.
